01 General Overview

Dc333 is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users and should be read alongside dc333's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Dc333 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

In this document, "dc333", "we", and "our" refer to the dc333.onl platform. "User", "you", and "your" refer to anyone using the dc333 platform.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with dc333, you must provide accurate and complete information. dc333 reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incomplete details.

• Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• During registration, you will need to provide your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and password.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This may require a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact dc333 support immediately.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the dc333 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use dc333.
• You are not accessing the platform from a country or region where online betting is legally prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You are not a member of any professional or semi-professional sports organization where betting could create a conflict of interest.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on dc333:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account level.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. A different withdrawal method will require additional verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300. The maximum withdrawal limit per day is BDT 50,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Dc333 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

• To claim the welcome bonus, the minimum wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of your first deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount must be wagered at least 20 times.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in temporary account suspension.
• Dc333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The referral bonus only applies once the referred person completes their first deposit.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on dc333:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, dc333 reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds.
• Live betting will remain open after an event starts for as long as dc333 keeps the market active.
• Winnings will be credited to your account within 72 hours of an event result being confirmed.
• Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in your account.
• Maximum betting limits may vary by event and market. dc333 reserves the right to adjust any user's betting limits as needed.
• In the event of a draw or tie, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant market.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dc333:

• Betting through match fixing or any other fraudulent means.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it.
• Using dc333 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack the dc333 system or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Harassing other users or engaging in abusive behavior.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Dc333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• At the user's own request.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.

Users may request account closure at any time. All valid balances will be refunded; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

09 Responsible Gaming

Dc333 believes betting is a form of entertainment, and we are always committed to promoting responsible gaming.

• You can set your own deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• You can set a cooling-off period to take a temporary break from betting.
• Applying for permanent self-exclusion will result in your dc333 account being closed permanently.
• If problematic gaming behaviour is detected, dc333 may impose limits at its own discretion.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Dc333 takes the security of your personal data seriously. Your information is never sold or transferred to third parties.

11 Amendments & Enforceability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining terms will continue in full force. The laws of Bangladesh govern this agreement.
